At Bonafide Health & Fitness in Cincinnati, OH, we know how difficult it can be to eat healthy and prepare meals that are in line with your weight loss goals. Life is busy and many times we need to eat on the go. Just because you need something quick and easy doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice eating healthy. Your body is your temple, you should treat it as such.


We offer healthy meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner containing lean protein, veggies and complex carbs.

All meals are portioned out to keep you in line with your weight loss goals. They are packaged to be refrigerated, frozen and microwaved in seal tight containers. All items are bought fresh and never frozen.


Orders should be placed each week by 12 Noon on THURSDAY and will be ready for pick up on Sunday. Each order consists of a minimum of five meals per week.

Our service area includes Cincinnati and surrounding suburbs.
